I got the chair for my wife and she's been using it for a couple of months now. She loves it! All our previous "desk" chairs would leave us both needing to shift position every 10-20 minutes, we don't have any stiffness, numbness or soreness with this chair and don't need to shift position constantly due to pressure points or stiffness. The heated areas help to keep blood flowing to the usual pressure points and the padding hasn't flattened like many seat cushions do.
