This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. I found this chair easy to put together although the diagrams provided were a little vague as to what way round the main component attaches to the seat, and there's an amount of play between the seat and the main spindle. Not that difficult to assemble...in fact, my youngest daughter (15) put it together for me in under an hour while I continued to work...all I had to do was tighten a few bits when she was done.
