It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out. I love my new chair. It is very comfortable, supportive and stylish. I have severe back, hip, and other joint issues. I can easily sit in this chair with hours of comfort. Which I can't do with most seating because of joint pain. The chair really is worth 5 stars and price is extremely reasonable. I gave 4 stars because I wish the chair could be adjusted by being able to lean back. It can only be adjusted by moving it up and down for height adjustment reasons.
