The mixed messages I was getting were very confusing “impacted by technical and internal delays and can’t provide definite delivery date “ I spent from 08.30 to 5pm going back and forth, was given the option of cancellation which I tried (regretfully as I really wanted the sofas), was then emailed stating “unable to cancel your order as either it’s been already shipped or are currently being custom made” My account on Wayfair site was showing that the order was dispatched and estimated delivery date was 03/06. I then spoke to Farah who assured me that she would investigate the problem and that she would contact me before 13/06. I then received a text at 8.41pm last night to inform me that the order was to be delivered today!! Fortunately the delivery has arrived and I am delighted with the sofas. Its quite hard, my son cant get comfy on it, my friend hates the hardness, I am persisting and hoping it gets softer with time otherwise its wasted money. I spent £750 on it so have no choice but to persist. Had it 2 weeks now. More style over substance. The description is wrong, you can remove the 2 bottom cushions and they have zips so you can take them off to clean them. Shows hand marks as its velvet if someone rubbed it the opposite way so not good if you had small grabby hands children. Really like this sofa for the price. Very easy to set up and clear instructions. Agree that it is a little firm to begin with but it does soften very quickly. It is very comfortable and has a lot of depth for extra comfort! My partner would give this 5 stars, but I give 4 just because I prefer higher armrests as I lean a lot!. Emily. Wales.
