Ok. First of all - it’s incredibly easy to unbox and get in place. The pieces are much lighter once they have inflated however this is also a drawback because the side pieces separate from the middle piece too easily. I have purchased some heavy duty Velcro tape to try and keep them from migrating apart. The rear of the seat area is firm and comfortable but the edges are too soft. If you sit at the edge of the seat you sink too low and feel like you might topple off. If you have the sofa set up the way it is in my photo and try to lie long ways, you sink into the dip between the side and middle piece. The middle piece is not as firm as the side pieces. The cylinder pieces that Velcro on and prop up the back pieces aren’t really that great. I found if you want to lie down on the couch it’s better to remove them and put the back cushions where they should sit to give you more room to get comfy on the seat. The material is so soft and looks great. The a a lovely colour and it really feels comfy. It’s just so annoying that you can’t get the side pieces to attach to the middle to stop migration. It is a very budget-friendly option for such a big sofa, but it has its drawbacks. I am glad I purchased it, however I paid for 5 years insurance on it and I doubt I’ll keep it for that long.. Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Waited over multiple days for the entire thing to be delivered. 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days so it wasted a lot of my time by not being able to do anything with it until all 3 boxes had arrived. Lovely colour, robust material, spacious, and comfy to sit on as a sofa but a little hard to lie on as a bed. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together - and all the fixings were mixed up in the wrongly labelled bags! Luckily we worked it out and managed to put the sofa bed together. It’s really beautiful sofa bed. If you are looking for something really soft and very comfortable , not for you. It’s quite hard, but I’m personally okay with that. Obviously wouldn’t pay full price.
