Overall, the product looks lovely and I’m very happy with how it looks once assembled. However, the assembly process was extremely time consuming, with far too many parts. It took me around 3–4 hours to put everything together. I was also very concerned to find what appeared to be blood on two of the parts. It was unpleasant and took me quite a while to clean off. Finally, there is an issue with the stool. The screws in bag “Q” provided to attach the cushion to the base are too short, I've tried to press hard on it. This is a beautiful dressing table but the service from this supplier has been dreadful. The dressing table arrived at the end of August but the mirror was smashed. Wayfair and the supplier were quick to order us a replacement mirror and we didn’t have to package everything up, which was great. The mirror was meant to arrive a week later and didn’t…I chased it up so they ordered another replacement mirror. Again this didn’t turn up so I contacted them…they ordered me a third replacement mirror…assuring me this one would definitely arrive…it now hasn’t. It’s impossible to actually speak to someone. The people I talk to over WhatsApp seem like AI or they are working from a script. I don’t want to take apart the dressing table we have already built…I just want the mirror to arrive so my daughter has her room finished.
