This serves as a great replacement for my 20 year old office chair. It was easy to put together within 30 minutes (1 person, but would be quicker with 2 when fitting the seat and connecting the armrests to seat and backrest), it's comfortable for all day use, and I love the fold up armrests which are perfect for my home office setup, keeping the chair tucked under the desk when not in use. The chairs came quicker than anticipated, which was bonus. The old chair had a fractured support and in a dangerous condition. The design fault on the new chair appears to have been addressed. The chair came in parts and ready to assemble, assembly time about twenty five minutes. Quality is good, however the seat is a little hard and will take a time to wear in. What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat.
