Beautiful chair, but the arms do not fit with my desk therefore it is very uncomfortable to use. As the arms are wooden, they are hard, and I find them a bit painful as they do not offer support. This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out.
