I am quite disappointed with Wayfair. Details of the product indicate no assembly was needed, and I just received the order with a chair to fully assemble on my own, with really poor instructions. A basic paper stating almost nothing. Beside that, the box was completely damaged, the delivery company did not even ring the door and left the box at the building entrance in this state. Most likely due to the damage, they did not want to face the costumer. Another unpleasant thing is the fact Wayfair says product is from Inbox Zero, which is wrong. The product is from Office Furniture Direct, in their website for a lower value than Wayfair even under the pretense discount. I am quite disappointed and learn my lesson not to trust again.. Susana.
