I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. My first impressions are excellent! I'm sitting in this chair as I type this review, and I'm very comfortable. As someone who is plus size (100kg), I needed a chair that could accommodate my weight and size, and this one suits my needs. I really wanted a chair that was quite plush and well padded, so I was a little dubious at first, since there weren't any reviews to help me, but I can confirm that the chair is just as padded as the pictures suggest. Time will tell how well the cushioning lasts, but for now I'm very happy with it. The assembly was pretty straightforward, though it definitely helps if you have another person to help you out for some of it, because it's quite a heavy chair overall. The product description did mention height adjustable armrests, but I don't see how that's possible as the arm rests are fixed to the base of the chair, and there are no instructions or indications on how to raise the height of the armrests, so perhaps this was an oversight on the product listing? I'm not sure. The footrest is a really nice addition, and was one of the selling points for me. I often sit with one leg crossed and tucked under the other, which is not ideal, so I'm hoping that this will encourage better posture since I do spend a lot of time at my desk. I love it.Great chair . I bought this chair about a month ago for my work-from-home setup and gaming, and overall Im really happy with it. The seat cushion is definitely on the firmer side, which felt a bit stiff for the first week, but now my lower back doesnt ache at all after sitting for eight-plus hours. The recline is super smooth for taking quick breaks, and being able to adjust the armrests in every direction made it easy to match my desk height perfectly. Assembly took about 20 minutes on my own. Auf meinen Bildern kommt das Altrosa nicht so gut raus. Aber ich versichere es sieht gut aus. Der Bezug ist mega. Der Stuhl ist mega bequem. Er passt sensationell gut in meinen Raum. Die Zubehörteile wie Schrauben etc. sind sortiert und übersichtlich verpackt und beschriftet. So was hab ich noch nie vorgefunden. Das war wirklich zum 1. Mal alles so aufgeräumt und ordentlich sortiert. Der Zusammenbau war gut beschrieben und einfach und nachvollziehbar durchzuführen. Ich bin glücklich. Ach, und der Preis passt. Vielen Dank.
