We loved the appearance of this sofa but unfortunately it was rock hard to sit on! We gave it a few days to see if it would soften at all as I had only seen positive reviews regarding the comfort but unfortunately we had to return it. The return process was very straightforward and we just had to pay £50. The guys who came to pick it up did all the heavy lifting and were very friendly and quick! A full refund was quickly issued back into my account so I really can’t fault Wayfair. It would have been good to have some sort of softness level score on their sofas you are buying online as you can’t sit on them so just have to go off other reviews and appearance!. Anonymous. There were a few dent spots but for the price it is pretty sturdy. There was a mistake in the instruction but we were able to make it right . There are some splinters coming off the corners of the slats so we might want to use sand paper to let it smooth out to avoid kids getting splinter if whoever sleeping on the bottom side happen to run her hand or arm through it.. The sofa looks fine once assembled, but overall I don’t think it is worth the price. It was quite difficult and time-consuming to put together, and the cushions are much thinner than expected, so it doesn’t feel particularly comfortable or substantial. For the price, I was expecting better quality and easier assembly.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 22 2026

This 3 seater sofa bed is a stylish, comfortable, and useful must-have for your home. Its multi-functional design makes the transition from a sofa to a bed extremely easy, it is perfect for when you are hosting guests.

Took a risk on this bed as there was only one review, but I have ordered a second one now as I am so pleased! The sofa is very comfortable as a sofa and a bed and the colour is brilliant ! (I went for lime green) the only reason I have given four stars is because the bottom of the bed was damaged a little in transit. The bed needs to be packaged better. That being said the damage is not serious and you cannot notice when the bed is all set up. Joy. Edinburgh, GB. Wed Dec 02 2020
