Chair was easy to put together 10-15 minutes. Instructions were clear. Delivery took 2 days. Box wasn’t too heavy. Chair itself is comfortable, and helps maintain good posture when working. Nice chair, comfortable and is nice looking. Vinyl is definitely not gray, more of a creamy beige. I give it four stars because one of the arms does not sit flat so it is uncomfortable to rest on.
