We absolutely love this piece. The only reason for four stars is due to the lack of a shelf bottom where the basket is. I will be putting one in myself and matching the stain. I have another basket coming because I’m not crazy about the wicker. As you can also see, I changed out the knobs to match more my color scheme. All in all it is a great purchase. Came packaged very securely and in great shape. I was a little concerned after seeing some peoples photos. But I had no issue at all. Would highly recommend if this item suits your purpose. Wayfair online chat service frustrated me,due to delivery date not arriving on time till 3 day later when they I kept getting told ,next day and next day & again at certain time. Finally when item arrived ,the leg at the bottom of the drawers was chipped off and for the amount of money and wait,this was more than frustrating. On the plus side I had contacted Wayfair and the gentleman I spoke with to discuss the problem ,he gave me excellent service and dealt with the problem better than I expected and ended up after so much disappointment for the amount of money I paid too to a more than pleased customer with the resolved issue of compensation.. The item is design well and is solid when constructed which is why is has 4 stars. Unfortunately there was a small dent on the front and a chip on the side. Only one star for the product but five stars for the excellent wayfair returns policy, allowing a discount if the customer does not want to exchange or repair a damaged product. From experience with others I anticipated a big fight to get some recompense for an inferior product but wanted to avoid having to dismantle the unit to repack and return. The damage was unsightly but in the position it is used that will be ok for the discounted price. Well done for a very efficient, easy to use procedure to compensate quickly.. Charles.
