A nice bed, but took me 4 hours to assemble it. Got two bars the wrong way around - there was no early alert about that feature and it is only at the end when I discovered it - it still works though, but without the mattress bar. Would not buy again. The ottoman frame itself is not made very well it just doesn't fit well in the bed. Then there were issues with the suspension units both of which do not compress. Fortunately i only need the storage underneath for occasional use. If it was not for the weight and hassle of returning (as would need to dismantle it completely) I would have returned it.
