The adjustable armrests provide good support also and as a result my shoulder and neck pain is lessened. Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

Comfortable chair. Few washers & bolts missing but rectified quickly. Tricky putting arms on.. Mrs L. Shepherdswell Dover, . Wed Jul 22 2020

The chair is great, it's very comfy, adjusts in lots of different ways and as I bought it in the sale it was good value. It doesn't get 5 stars as the first chair arrived with a broken part and the second had several missing pieces. Wayfair were very quick at sending the replacement and I have pieced together one fully functional chair.. Sarah. Altrincham, GB. Tue Jun 02 2020

This chair is great but what really impressed us was the great after sales service from Wayfair. When the chair was assembled one arm was really stiff and would not fold down. Completed an easy online form and a replacement arrived within days. I believe the most useful reviews are those from people who’ve had a problem with the product!. Annie. Silsoe Bedford, GB. Tue Jun 16 2020

Very uncomfortable! the armrests are positioned too far out on the sides and in front so cannot rest my arms on them as it would be uncomfortable. The seat depth is too short, it feels like i'm about to slip off the chair! Very unhappy with this product... Shahnaz. Streetly Sutton Coldfield, GB. Fri Jan 05 2018

Great chair for at home working. Very easy to assemble and super comfy for sitting in most of the day which is what I do.. Heidi. Sat Nov 11 2023

A high-quality popular everyday operator ergonomic office chair that looks similar to market alternatives but has upgraded foam density, thicker foam, and a hard-wearing fabric back and seat. The permanent contact back mechanism means the seat can move up and down and the back of the chair can be tilted and locked to find a position that suits, or left to free float and be in permanent contact with your back.

I’ve not tried it for long yet but it seems very comfortable so far, and good value for money. A doddle to put together - I didn’t even need a screwdriver as there are no screws. It slotted together in under five minutes. The up and down mechanism works well and the tilts well too. The only reason I’m not giving it the full five stars is that there’s no retaining screw on the back, which means if you move it by the back it can slide up a bit but it’s not a big issue. The only other complaint is that the seat needs more padding to be truly comfortable if you're on it for any length of time.. Michael. Motherwell, GB. Fri Jul 03 2020

This mesh office chair features a mesh backrest and fabric upholstered seat with a rocking function, which allows the seat and back to move together. It's ideal for study or work.

comfortable only thing looks lopsided cant seem to fix that. Anonymous. Westhoughton Bolton, GB. Tue Apr 28 2020

So far so good. It’s a nice chair and happy with it. Took me around 45 min to build it, I would recommend having a screwdriver as the back screws can be slightly annoying using the key that came with the chair to adjust it. Thanks.. Carlos. Glasgow, GB. Sat Sep 05 2020
