I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat.
