The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. Received T chair a day earlier than expected delivery! So far, so good. The chair was very easy to assemble (once I figured out the wheels are just pushed in, not screwed). I am using this chair for my powder room (I like to call my She- Shed lol) so I won’t be sitting for 8 plus hours for working. So far pretty sturdy (200+ lbs). This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
