This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Tue Jun 08 2021

Reasonable value and decent construction. Supplied without some needed construction parts, pending replacement (edit - now replaced and all good). Visually appealing, with a few scuff marks that can be readily cleaned off. Note that castors do not have a locking mechanism.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 06 2021

This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. I have been sent the wrong part but I have now got a replacement and it is much better. Thank you. John. Leigh, GB. Fri Jun 12 2020
