Durability Lodge XL Playhouse is made of FSC 100% Hemlock wood and also comes from sustainably managed forests and therefore also an environmentally conscious choice. This type of wood does not splinter and is naturally resistant to weather influences such as rain and therefore resistant to wood rot. The wood has been treated with a water-based stain and is therefore practically maintenance-free. This natural-based stain is not harmful to the environment and safe for children (without chemicals). With a warranty period of 10 years, you and your children can enjoy carefree years. Dimensions Playhouse Lodge XL has a platform height of 57 cm and a total height of 189 cm. The playhouse is 167 cm long and 240 cm wide. With an inner size of 97 x 89 cm and a ridge height of approximately 128 cm is Lodge XL a small-sized wooden playhouse. Safety The playhouses from AXI are CE marked and are tested and produced according to EN 71 safety standards so that safe playing pleasure is guaranteed.
