We are absolutely delighted with our new gazebo. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and all the components arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Once assembled, the gazebo looks fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space. It feels sturdy, well made, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending many relaxing hours enjoying it throughout the year. The only issue we encountered was with the instruction booklet. The orientation of the small flanges at the top of the roof was not clearly illustrated, and we inadvertently fitted them upside down. This made installing the polycarbonate roof panels more difficult than it needed to be. Had the correct orientation been made clearer in the instructions, the entire assembly would have been very straightforward. Despite this minor issue, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend this gazebo to others. The quality, appearance, and overall value are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Every time we look out into the garden now, we’re reminded how worthwhile the project was. Very happy with this gazebo!  We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits.. Arrived as scheduled. Polite and professional delivery staff. Gazebo was more difficult to assemble than anticipated. Definitely need at least 2 people to assemble and s good power tool to screw the many screws into frame. Instructions are fairly easy to follow but require patience and team work, Light weight once up and does need to be anchored to the ground. You sent me a different gazebo to the one I ordered. Although I had a discount and item was insitue I accepted discount. On reflection the item i ordered was reduced from £1069 to £419 when i placed order and had the specifications I wanted.
