All parts of the frame are black and powder coated. The main parts are made of robust 3 x 3cm steel. The roof is attached to the frame with hook-and-loop fasteners. Thanks to the PVC coating the Salal 3 x 3m Steel Pop-Up Party Tent is weatherproof and can be used in any conditions. Sturdy herrings are included to secure the gazebo to the ground. Alternatively, it can also be secured with stronger hooks that are inserted in the holes drilled in the floor tiles. Installation instructions for easy mounting are included in the set. Please follow the installation instructions at all times.

Bough this as a gazebo/frame for grapevine. It works ok for me. What I would say is that the engineering is not perfect. I wouldn't expect much more for the price but be aware it's not a high precision construction. That said, it fitted together ok and is strong enough. I like that it is fairly minimal looking. As a gazebo the product is first class, however, the instructions leave something to be desired. They consist of 2 pages of pictures in a multi language book that just talk about other things, there are NO actual written instructions. The pictures are actually incorrect and one of the parts (the bottom rail) is shown upside down. This was not apparent until trying to fit the vertical bars which just wouldn’t fit until the bottom rail was turned over. Whilst the constituent parts are well labelled there is virtually no chance of assembling the item single handed, it makes no mention of requiring more than one person for assembly. Just purchased this & put it together by myself. I bought this particular one because I liked it had the rails where all around the gazebo instead of just the corners. It was pretty easy to assemble & only took me a few hours. I had the whole bottom frame assembled then started on the top. One of the posts from the top was bent. You cant just get another one shipped to you & they only offer you a partial refund for it which I didnt bother. So I'm stuck with it. Also got to the point of putting the canopy on & it was easy until I got to the the last part. I couldn't get it to stretch on to it so I had to wait till my husband got home & he struggled with it too but FINALLY got it on without ripping it. Terrible quality! Packaging arrived damaged and numerous components missing. The ones that did arrived were scratched and dented and many are now showing signs of rust.
