I chose this summerhouse for its T&G floor and roof, and tempered glass. It went together very well with 2 people. Good instructions supplied, just remember to silicone all the joints as advised, and to measure the opening to fit the doors before screwing down the front apex. I fitted the window to the opposite side which was easily done. Overall I'm very pleased with it. Linda. Llanulltud Fawr, GB. Thu Nov 01 2018

Jubilee 44 is a very bright garden house, with large glass surfaces and high-quality doors and windows with double-glazed glass make it an ideal choice for a home office or studio-style workspace. The house set includes all the necessary parts for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams, roof boards and roof moldings, and opening windows. In addition, the package also contains hardware screws, nails, etc. The house set does not include a roof covering, it is possible to purchase extra roofing felt and/or roof shingles.

This has been a great purchase and I am very proud of it. The promotional pages on your website showed roof shingles but nowhere stated they were an additional £300 purchase. The timber comes from Estonia untreated and I would recommend a programme of preservative treatment before considering the build. Mine took a week in the garage to cost the wood to satisfaction of surviving a Scottish winter. The pack contained everything needed and despite the generic build instructions a practical person can put it together easily.. Roger. Stonehaven, GB. Mon Nov 12 2018

Product arrived on time, no problems there. Product as described and construction is of average quality. For what we wanted,- a storage shed for garden furniture that looked attractive when set in the garden it’s just fine. However, as a Summer house the construction is somewhat flimsy and wouldn’t put up with much active wear and tear. The roofing felt provided only just covered the roof and was of thin quality so we thought it necessary to place a second layer of tougher, more substantial roofing felt. Also one of the window catches was missing but fortunately we had recovered one from the previous old shed so it didn’t matter.. Marilyn. GB. Wed Mar 07 2018

I actually built this summer house with my next-door neighbour over the course of three days and save myself nearly £400 getting someone to build it. I’m a 35 year old woman who has no idea what to do but I did it and felt pride afterwards. It’s lovely.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

Our Summer house has provided a beautiful and practical space we wanted for our garden. We researched many DIY summer houses and this one ticked all the boxes. Glazed windows, treated wall and roof materials, great value and delivery of the panels and kit arrived 2 weeks earlier than promised. Thank you Wayfair and Tiger Sheds!!. Fiona. West Molesey, GB. This Fully Pressure Treated Apex Summerhouse comes with a Double Doors; 12mm Pressure Treated Shiplap Tongue and Grove Cladding; 38mm x 63mm Planed Rounded Framing. The Summerhouse comes with 12mm Tongue and Groove Floors and Roof as standard and Premier Mineral Roofing Felt and Full Fixing Kit and instructions. The Summerhouse comes as standard with 4mm Toughened Safety Glass and a Euro Lock and Key. The Summerhouse is constructed from high quality Pressure Treated Tongue and Groove Shiplap Cladding. The high quality pressure treated Floor Joists give the summerhouse a solid and sturdy feel. The Floor and Roof are constructed from Pressure Treated 12mm Tongue and Groove.Top grade timber is used throughout, sourced exclusively from Scandinavia where the best timber for garden buildings is produced. The timber is tight grained producing less sap and is therefore a more durable timber than the faster growing timber used by other Summerhouse manufacturers. The benefit of purchasing a pressure treated building is that it is completely protected against rot, natural decay and pest damage for many years to come.Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that goes deep into the fibres of the wood, as appose to externally applied preservatives. So rather than worrying about the longevity of your garden building, the timbers will mainly look after themselves. Only requiring an annual waterproofing topcoat, leaving you to enjoy your garden and rest assured that your garden items are in the best of hands.Super Strength Framing (38mm x 63mm) Built Like A Tank A Full Fixing Kit & Felt with Instructions manual is included.Images are for illustration purposes.
