The white painted exterior makes the pergola more elegant and sophisticated, and the convertible canopy slides easily for optimal shade from the harsh sun. Push away the canopy and enjoy a day of sunbathing with family and friends.

This pergola was an experience to assemble. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also the unit is 10x10, BUT ONLY AT THE TOP. The base measurement from the center of each support to the next is only 97.83", not 10x12' or 120". In my case it worked out, but if you have to fit it over an area consider getting a 12x12, which would have worked fine for me. I also checked the interior dimensions in the description on Wayfair, and they were only of the top not the bottom. I believe that information should be changed. The unit itself, once assembled is beautiful, but you do need two people for assembly, especially if you can't drill into the concrete. The legs must be stable to attach the top units to them!! We did that job by laying them on the lawn, then putting them in concrete blocks, as you can see by the photo. Trying to do it while up is folly, unless you have four people holding up the cross bars while you screw in the bolts!! On YT it shows a guy assembling on the ground, smart! All in all this unit is good for the price, but measure and level, that's the trick. Good Luck and stay safe.. Cia. California. Sun Jun 25 2023

We have been using this for 2 years now. So this is a long term review. Assembly wasn't too difficult and my wife and I were able to do it without more help. Overall the quality is good and the paint has oxidized somewhat and there are some small rust spots but overall great. The shade is also good quality and very heavy duty. We're in Florida so I have to clean and pressure wash it every 6 months or so but it comes up pretty nice. We really like the ability to move the shade and the fixed louvers add separation from the rest of the backyard. Recommended.. T.j.. Tallahassee, FL. Sun Dec 15 2024

In winter, it protects you from the rain, while in the summer months it provides you with shade and an adjustable breeze. As the pergola is fixed to the ground, it is a structure that can be used year-round with no need to put it away at the end of each summer. Smart and stylish design With its clean lines, the pergola adds a contemporary look to your garden. It can be installed in various areas of your garden: on a terrace or deck area above your garden table or by the pool. It can also be used to shelter your hot tub. Designed with a high-quality aluminium frame and galvanised steel slats, this pergola is a long-term investment. It is resilient, UV-resistant and requires very little maintenance. Sunshine, shade, breeze, the choice is yours! Adjustable roof slats The roof coverage can be adjusted via the crank-operated tilting slats. When the roof is fully closed, it provides complete protection from the sun and rain due to the fully opaque, insulated slats. The joint design provides a perfect seal. The water will drain through the innovative, built-in drainage system and will exit through the pergola columns. Its adjustable slats allow you to enjoy natural ventilation, while still limiting UV exposure. They also allow you to adjust the light flow from the sunlight. When partially open, you will enjoy a light breeze and direct sunlight. When the slats are fully open, you can enjoy the sunlight and ideal ventilation. Additional information This pergola should be assembled and installed on level ground. We recommend leaving the slats open in the event of snowfall.
