Ordering was a breeze and all pieces arrived quickly. But the set up instructions are TERRIBLE. The pics in the manual are out of focus and no help. The videos on the website are also very little help. There are parts mentioned one time in the manual that are not listed anywhere else nor is there a picture of them. The app is also a joke. Thankfully, after searching, we found some YouTube videos that were helpful. All that said, once assembled, I am really enjoying the hot tub. We’re two weeks in with no issues so far.. Kellyc. My husband loves this hot tub! This was an upgrade from an inflatable tub. Very sturdy, easy to put together with 2 people, just follow the instructions. There’s a video instruction as well if needed. We’ve had it for a few weeks, so I’ll have to update on how long it lasts. Looks good on the deck!. Julies. Sat Aug 29 2026
