We bought this for our son for his 3rd birthday. My husband and I put it together and took every bit of an entire Saturday, but it was worth it. Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. This is the perfect sized at home play structure for our two year old. It took two men about 3.5 hours to assemble. It is sturdy and I feel comfortable with my toddler playing on it. Its a great playset, except for the slide. All the other items/material are great quality but the slide is a cheap and flimsy that even for my 25lb child it squeezes in when she slides down. Four stars because some of the manufacturers pre-drilled holes didn’t line up how they were supposed to. Twice we had to drill our own holes, which is fine, just a hassle. There were also some steps in the instructions that felt like they should have been earlier than they were. Meaning the pieces didn’t fit exactly how they should because the other parts were already put together. Once again, fine, just a pain.
