Modern Rectangular Pergolas

The Quillen 4m x 3m Aluminium Pergola is a stylish and elegant covering for your garden. Made from sturdy aluminium, this lovely pergola provides shade for your patio and features an adjustable canopy.

It is an elegant piece and helped attain the perfect look for my patio style. I would highly recommend this product as its easy to construct and very effective as a design element. There were only minor issues I could think of, i.e. the holding magnet to the end rod could be more effective and the instructions for retractable canopy could be a bitter. Baring that its an absolute delight. (please see pictures below and let me know your thoughts). Chaitali. Orpington, GB. Thu May 24 2018

This pergola was an experience to assemble. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also the unit is 10x10, BUT ONLY AT THE TOP. The base measurement from the center of each support to the next is only 97.83", not 10x12' or 120". In my case it worked out, but if you have to fit it over an area consider getting a 12x12, which would have worked fine for me. I also checked the interior dimensions in the description on Wayfair, and they were only of the top not the bottom. I believe that information should be changed. The unit itself, once assembled is beautiful, but you do need two people for assembly, especially if you can't drill into the concrete. The legs must be stable to attach the top units to them!! We did that job by laying them on the lawn, then putting them in concrete blocks, as you can see by the photo. Trying to do it while up is folly, unless you have four people holding up the cross bars while you screw in the bolts!! On YT it shows a guy assembling on the ground, smart! All in all this unit is good for the price, but measure and level, that's the trick. Good Luck and stay safe.. Cia. California. Sun Jun 25 2023

Looks good in the garden + just right to cover the hot tub - it's durable + as stated on the write up. Instructions to erect a little short for non-professional + needs anchoring as would blow over in the wind so have bought weights to secure it.. Sylvia. GB. Sun Aug 15 2021

The Pergola from Forest Garden is a stylish, contemporary design that will create a stunning feature in your garden. It's the perfect spot to eat and entertain. The laddered side and roof panels add an extra dimension to the structure and are fantastic for training climbing plants and creating your own shade. The pergola is manufactured using European softwood, which is slow growing, resulting in stronger and more robust timber. To improve the longevity of the timber it has been Pressure Treated to give it a 15-year manufacturer's guarantee against rot and fungal damage. Delivered flat packed for self-assembly, fixings, and instructions all included.

Looks great but putting it up was really tricky. No holes are pre-drilled, the instructions are basic and small text and do not explain forward with hints and tips.. Joanne. Basingstoke, GB. Wed Jul 31 2019

This pergola range represents a stylish, contemporary alternative to our more traditional pergola designs. Their clean, uncluttered lines compliment a more structured garden where simplicity of design is key.

Very disappointed with the product even though it's very sturdy the canopy isn't fit for purpose after various months i only erected it in November the canopy poles keep falling out off the canopy top I have checked it was put together properly ,leaving me with no top the weather has not been that bad and I feel that it's actually dangerous. This is great. Looks just like the picture. My only problem is that my patio doors are higher and I have a step to get to the patio. So the pergola is too low. So I had to build two brick columns to stand it on. Luckily i had some bricks and concrete, so I was able to fix this problem myself (65 f). Love it now. Thanks to the easy-to-follow assembly instructions, you'll be enjoying a cool drink in your new favorite outdoor living space in no time.

We have been using this for 2 years now. So this is a long term review. Assembly wasn't too difficult and my wife and I were able to do it without more help. Overall the quality is good and the paint has oxidized somewhat and there are some small rust spots but overall great. The shade is also good quality and very heavy duty. We're in Florida so I have to clean and pressure wash it every 6 months or so but it comes up pretty nice. We really like the ability to move the shade and the fixed louvers add separation from the rest of the backyard. Recommended.. T.j.. Tallahassee, FL. Sun Dec 15 2024
