It can be used either indoors or outside. The finish is weather resistant and can be left outside in all seasons. The plant baskets are very well made, I just didnt like them. They are sparkling bright white. All I could see was them ruined if so much as a fly landed on them. I decided to return them but then found that not only did I pay £4 postage and packing to receive them, but I would then have to pay another £7 to return them.
