Nice modern toilet design, overall happy with the purchase, has a powerful flush that can sometimes splatter the seat. When it arrived we found it looked a little smaller than a standard toilet size. This is a nice toilet. It has a rimless design and will be way to clean. The trapway is fully glazed so I expect it will perform well once installed. Delivery: On time. Packaging: The toilet and its various components were impressively double boxed to prevent damage during transit. Contents There was nothing missing and everything was as it left the factory. It’s worth noting that there are no fixings supplied to anchor the toilet to the floor. The actual toilet is very well made. Unfortunately the Cistern and it’s lid appear to have been sourced from a different factory. The colour of the cistern does not match the colour of the toilet, or the cistern lid. The lid almost fits the cistern but not quite. Whatever I do it over hangs the LHS of the cistern by 3-4mm. This might seem picky but my wife spotted it straight away and told me that the lid needed straightening. This toilet works great and looks stylish. I was very happy with the dimensions, it was actually a lot more narrower than the one I had before, so happy with the extra space. Delivery was great, packaging too. A downsize, hence the 4 stars is the style at the back, it can only be fitted if your pipe goes straight into the wall. Mine was outside and with the builduing being old, the plumber did not want to risk opening another job...So now I have a space between the wall and the back of the toilet, of about 15-20 cm, the size of the pipe. Call it my mistake for not checking this out first, but anyway, for people that don't know, maybe this should be underlined somewhere. Also I feel like the seat is not that comfortable, with it being so narrow, so if you're a chubby person, this toilet might not be for you. But happy with the look of it, Also, I found it needs to flush twice, almost everytime, (My old model, bad looking previos toilet was way "stronger" concerning the flush issue) not sure if the basin is too small, etc...But now it's installed and will have to live with it..
