I ordered this fire place to arrived with 2to3 days and ready passed 20 days and I received 1 fire place today. All time that I contacted them is all the same lies. So I’m still waiting 1 product to arrives this should be arrived together and it isn’t arrive. This was a good purchase fitted perfect in my void of old electric caravan fire. It heats up the room very quickly. Could do with a little face to tell you what settings the fire is on.
