The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The actual fire is wonderful with very realistic flames. However although we measured the fireplace inset hole many times, when the fir arrived it would not fit in the inset. The measurements given for the back of the fire (the part to set into the surround) did not take account for the extra centimetre or so from bottom of inset to base of fire. We had to employ a stonemason to cut our inset hole deeper.. Lin. Bristol, GB. Mon Oct 07 2019
