This fireplace is absolutely stunning. It came in 2 deliveries. The stove is great, so many features and settings I cannot fault it. The back display is lovely too and looks like genuine brick. The surround is absolutely solid . It says it takes 2 people to build but I did it in on my own in less than an hour. Worth every penny and looks lovely. It throws out some serious heat too!. A beautiful fireplace with an amazing life-like flame effect, mood lighting and an easy-to-use multi-function LCD display remote control with an inbuilt thermostat. I brought this and its lovely although not in place properly yet an due to old fireplace. it was old fashioned and council so my wall needs some alterations .only had fire in use less than week well apart from heating as I.m having trouble working out the setting 4 it it keeps switching off. an I have mark on fire already.the white coating isn't as it looks.its like a rough pebble feel.other than that very nice and pleased.of wasn't so delicate and awkward to work out it would be 5 star. I love my new fireplace. I spent a long time looking around the web to find the right one for me and no disappointed I order this one. Only had it for one day so far. All working fine. It was very easy to put together with a wall plug. Has to wait around a month for delivery. However, the delivery company took few more extra days to deliver and hard to get hold of the delivery company. Only one way of communication with them. The fireplace is a contemporary low level, landscape, flat wall fixing electric fireplace finished in a textured white finish with piano black trim. The fireplace features a 12 colour mood light which creates a cosy ambience to the room. The integrated landscape electric fire is at the heart of the suite with an authentic log style bed. The fire has up to 2kw of heat output or you can use the flame effect only. This Eco design compliant electric suite comes with a clever smart remote control which has numerous functions. A daily or 7-day timer can be set via the remote which also has an integrated thermostat feature so you can adjust the heat to suit your requirements. The remote also comes with a draft feature where if a sudden drop of room temperature is detected the fire will turn off the heat immediately.

Just been delivered. Could not wait to use it . Although got to have a socket put in at the back . I couldn't wait. Brilliant flame effect . And heat settings . Love it.
