Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Works great for me, i wish the roof didn't have eyelet drainage holes for my use. but ill be covering them off (if you have it angled, the water should run off anyway; otherwise, it fills with pools of water on the roof).
