I was going to give it 3 stars but I have used it a bit more and find the unit works very well for items like 'sauteing' cherry tomatoes in a drop or two of olive oil as well as a quick toasting of the wide sourdough bread slices. I put 1 or 2 dishes on top of it so plates get warm. Controls are clear. The door on the old toaster oven [ I still have ] is connected to the grill pan so it came out when the door was lowered, making removing hot food a lot easier. Ventilation hood doesn’t work at all we had to get a new one after 2 weeks and hub cracked after 2 months ! What a complete joke !!
