I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. I am both surprised and happy with my purchase. What a bargain moreover it allows me to sit and watch TV but if my hip starts I can lay down.. Anonymous. Sun Jul 26 2026

We were looking for ages for a sofa bed that fit our space, wasn't too bulky to bring up the stairs to our flat but also didn't break the bank. This fit all our criteria, is firm and comfortable and was so easy to set up - it arrived in a relatively small box and pretty much immediately "inflated" once we removed the packaging, and has been great ever since. We got it in green and we're really pleased with the colour and feel.. Jemima. London. Wed Apr 15 2026

Overall, it’s a nice looking bed but feel the quality could be better, and it took a while to put together. This is a job for two people - one person to pull the two parts together, and the other person to align the part, and to then screw the bolts in. The bolts weren’t very good either in going in, and were very fiddly.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 24 2026
