Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in. Chairs took longer to arrive than expected. I ordered 2 chairs with silver trim. One was in a box which said it was black. The other one in a box saying silver had a black trim. We had trouble getting the chairs out of the boxes and the stools were difficult to get loose from the chairs.
