With the professional die-cast magic pan discover a new way to cook with this versatile and innovative double-sided grill and griddle pan. Experience superior cooking of almost all types of food. You can fry, grill, roast, bake, and steam in it. This truly is a “magic pan”, allowing you to cook all types of meat, seafood, and vegetables with less fuss, smell, and mess. Cooking is healthier, as the triple-layered titanium-infused non-stick coated surface requires less fat, while the design of the pan locks in more flavor and nutrients. Smells are reduced and you get less splattered oil. When one side is cooked, simply flip the pan over! The lid locks into place with an innovative magnetic handle-based design and silicone piping inside the pan ensures a strong air seal to keep in moisture, flavor, steam, smoke, and smell. A specially designed reservoir catches all liquid that might drip down the pan when the lid is opened. Your cooking will be easier and taste better than ever before.

As cast iron can reach high heat on a low to medium setting, you can seal your food quickly and lock in the moisture, nutrients, and flavors, producing succulent tasty meals. It is a very healthy way of cooking too as the cooking fat drains away and collects below the ribs. The helper handle sets this Square Grillit® apart from others, for extra ease of use and stability when lifting a full pan. The grill is coated with Le Creuset’s specialist finish. Durable and easy to clean, enamel interior has been specially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required) and is ideal for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish, and vegetables. Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying. The Square Grillit® is suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven, under the grill, and on the barbecue, and is protected by a Lifetime Guarantee for total peace of mind. Only low to medium heat is required when cooking and will achieve the high surface heat required for searing.

This is perhaps my most favorite thing to use in the kitchen at the moment! I got this (and 2 other Le Creuset items - thanks to the extra discount at Wayfair!) 4 days ago, and since then have made the perfect steak (2 inch filet mignon), grilled fish and grilled vegetables while staying indoors, without being afraid to go outside the house to grill and without the fuss of charcoal grilling!!.
