Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London. Cook food slowly and retain more of their nutrients and flavour with this professional pressure cooker. Cooking food this way makes them more soft while retaining the juices that flow out of the ingredients. This is ideal for casseroles and soups where flavour is more preferable. The pressure cooker is compatible with most hobs including gas and induction. It comes with certified safety measures like locked lids at high pressures and safety valves and thick aluminium construction. The pressure cooker has a whistle valve to notify you when the pressure has reached the optimal amount so you can lower the heat to slowly cook the remaining time.
