Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. It was delivered at 7:30am on the expected delivery date, the driver was helpful & friendly and drove the truck round to the back gate to make the drop off. As an assembly it is very good. The watch outs are the base and roof. The base, the joists are off centre meaning if you put noggings in they’re all different sizes. The roof is decent enough but again odd amounts of overhang from the misaligned joists, the structure is solid enough, however I have reinforced the floor and roof with 18mmOSB which has firmed it up significantly. Lovely once erected but it didn’t go up easily because one side panel was warped . The construction is up and I am pleased with the overall effect, although the doors as yet don’t open and run smoothly due to temperature changes and there’s quite large gaps between.
