Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London. I bought this a month ago and have cooked a few things so far , as I am learning the different settings . All I have cooked has turned out perfect . Whole steam roasted chicken was like a rotisserie chicken, beautifully cooked with loads of moist flavour . Roast potatoes absolute perfection ! Beef casserole in the pressure cooker wonderfully tender and oozing flavours , I’ve still got loads of recipes to try , but so far so good , I’m really enjoying using the 15 in 1 foodi and much easier than I thought . You can’t wrong as long as you follow some golden rules( the right amount of water and checking the vent when pressure cooking and steaming ) .
