The kettle is spot on already saving money on reboiling keeps the water nice and hot. However the courier used was EVRI delivery was poor in total it took 10 days from order to delivery so I almost cancelled my order. I am delighted with this kettle which I bought a few months ago. It is one of the few on the market with temperature controls. We drink a variety of green teas which need different temperatures and this kettle is perfect for us. I couldn't find it in a shop (why?) so bought mail order and it came very quickly.
