This is a great little frying pan. I use it all the time, omelettes ( that don’t stick!), poaching and frying. This oval fish pan is the perfect size and shape for frying 4 fillets of bass or bream. I have also fried two whole seabass easily. Have used it for a few weeks now, and am really happy with this pan. It heats up evenly and nothing seems to stick to it.
