This wooden hedgehog house provides shelter for hedgehogs and gives them places to hibernate during the winter and out of harm's way. This is especially relevant nowadays as studies have shown that hedgehogs tend to nest in bonfire stacks before they are lit; with tragic results. Made from untreated wood, these houses are ideal for hedgehogs as treated wood emits fumes that they can't handle. The house has a small opening at the front so the hedgehog can get in easily. Predators, such as foxes, however, stand no chance at getting inside. The roof is made of high-quality bitumen keeps the house rainproof as the hedgehog rests safely inside.

Looks good but hadn't realised I needed to put it together. This needs to be stressed. Good value. Gillian. Appleby Magna Swadlincote, GB. Sat Jan 25 2025

This hedgehog house gives hedgehogs a helping hand with this charming and practical. If you love seeing hedgehogs playing in your garden then this is the product for you, especially useful during the colder months when they need to hibernate. Safe Keep hedgehogs safe and out of harm’s way with this house that uses a predator baffle guard to protect from foxes, badgers and other potential threats. Another great feature is the green felt roof, not only does this protect them from the elements, but it will also be perfectly camouflaged with its natural surroundings. The ideal place to put your hedgehog house is out of direct sunlight and winds, preferably in a dry area such as under shrubs or behind sheds. These are areas that hedgehogs would naturally choose to take shelter, so this will increase the chances of hedgehogs inhabiting this house. Durable The hedgehog house is made of durable fir wood and features a pitched roof that helps water runoff. It is also covered with a durable, waterproof roofing felt, tacked down so cannot peel off in bad weather, to ensure the product lasts and to keep the hedgehogs safe and comfortable in their new habitat. Educational The hedgehog house, with its fun hedgehog sticker, helps encourage children to be interested in wildlife, will help keep your hedgehogs healthy and happy. The house comes with pre-drilled holes for quick and easy assembly and comes with all the screws needed, along with an instruction manual. Please note that timber may swell when subjected to changes to temperature and humidity (i.e. Moving the hedgehog house from outdoors to indoors). The wood has been treated with water-based varnish, perfectly safe for hedgehogs, but will need varnishing on the outside once a year. On no account should the hedgehog house be creosoted or treated with non-water-based preservatives or paint as the fumes remain for a long time and can be very harmful.

Easy to put together and I’ve already got hedgehogs eating from it , I’m so pleased with my purchase.. Jill. Goole, GB. Sat Sep 05 2020

This sturdy fir wood feeding station offers the perfect environment for allowing hedgehogs to feed safely, out of the way of predators. The station has three chambers; simply place the food in the middle chamber and the hedgehogs can make their way through to tuck in in safety. The entrances are 11cm across so wide enough for welcome visitors, but too small for foxes and other intruders. An entrance at each end keeps access simple wherever the station is placed. The asphalt skinned lid of the feeding station is hinged for easy filling and cleaning access, with a prop strut in the middle to hold it open. When closed there’s a metal latch with a snap hook to keep it shut. Whilst a hedgehog may well move into the feeding station, placed away from other shelters this feeding station will help keep the hedgehog population in the vicinity. The hedgehog feeding station comes flat packed and requires assembly; all fixings are included, and we recommend setting aside 30 minutes to complete the task.

Was really good my rabbits munched it in an hour . They loved it but only vied it as food. Anonymous. Thu Nov 17 2022

This animal enclosure provides a spacious and safe enclosed space for your lovely pets to exercise, play and rest.

This quality hutch of 2 layers provides a large cozy place for keeping small animals, especially the cute rabbits. It features multiple uses: playing, exercising, training, or simply keeping your pets safely. This rabbit hutch provides your pets with plenty of exercise space while the tight iron wire mesh helps prevent mischievous behaviors and unexpected accidents. Meanwhile, the construction of iron wire grid ensures your monitoring of the pets and enables your pets to keep an eye on the surroundings and get enough fresh air. The rabbit hutch is built with high-quality wood frame, making it a strong and safe enclosure that lasts for years. Its green roof keeps rain away while the cozy cubby makes the perfect sleeping area. An easy-climb ramp leads from the lower ground level to the upper floor. A pull-out tray makes cleaning easy. And the doors close easily and lock with slide-bolt latches. This wooden rabbit cage is perfect for small pets. Important note: We recommend you placing the rabbit cage under shelter. Accordingly, it will last a longer life.
