Warm Elm

The Chinese would place low-level furniture such as tables with drawers on the side of the king platform in their homes to provide convenient storage and a useful work surface. This version is slightly higher and deeper than a normal Kang table to act as a more contemporary coffee table or low sideboard but still holds true to the simple, pure design ethos of the Chinese Ming period. The three drawers provide useful storage for magazines, CDs, or DVDs and open in both directions for easier access.

This is a tricky one to review. When the coffee table arrived it had a lot of damage. I was very disappointed. I rang wayfair and to their credit they delt with situation very quickly and Efficiently. I sent in some photos ( what was easy to do) and after a few conversations offered me a fair reduction of the price. The money was credited into my account the next day.
