The wax lifts the grain of the wood creating a distressed rustic look. 3 standard drawers and one deeper bottom drawer combine to provide you with generous storage options. The four drawers all feature decorative molded fronts, with real dovetail joints for extra stability, and glide on wooden runners with drawer stops to prevent them from being over-extended. Gorgeous chest of drawers. Was quite difficult to put together- no pre-drilled holes so you have to make sure you’re putting the screws in the correct place. The drawers themselves were also smaller than expected. However this really is a beautiful piece, very sturdy and a good fit for my room- tall and slim. Ciara. Sutton, GB. Sun Aug 15 2021

I found this easy to put together, on my own it took 1 hour 30 mins. The drawers are deep and it is solid... Only bad thing is it is far darker than pictured which is misleading. I can live with it but if you wanted lighter you'd be disappointed, I have show this in a photo attached. I left the skirting off for now but it does come with skirting.. Elsa. Wed Mar 06 2024

I think this is pretty good value for money and the finished product looks very smart. I'm actually about to order another one. few tips to help with assembly. You will see the top drawer runner impedes you when fixing the top to the frame so would suggest leaving it of until the top is fixed. Another tip is to use the base to align the sides/front of the drawers during assembly and don't try to over tighten the screws as the timber is a softwood. Hope this helps.. James. Glasgow, GB. Arrived well packaged. Lovely chest of draws which were easy to assemble.. Anonymous. Gillingham, GB. Thu Jan 21 2021

Item arrived very quickly. The box containing the screws was damaged and a handful had escaped into the main bo, but thankfully all there. Pretty easy to put together. My only annoyance was that the side panels of the drawers is super soft wood. So it was very easy for the screws to puncture that wood, when being inserted. Otherwise it seems a great piece of furniture, strong and sturdy. Good sized drawers. Well worth the money.. Anonymous. Fri Mar 10 2023
