Do not buy. It is a terrible quality bed. I ended up taking the parts to the recycling centre after partially making it. It came with so many smaller pieces that did not align properly. The white laminate chips. The joins don’t line up. You are also expected to line up the internal wooden baton edging to hold the mattress on the outside frame yourself. I wasted £140 on this. The bed frame is excellent. Sturdy, fits together well and contains the mattress with no gaps. Make sure you have an electric screwdriver! As you have to put the slats in manually with screws, as well as the slat rests I marked down as the headboard is a different story - does not fit together well, leaving gaps on show and some of the wood was damaged.
