Purchased SuperKing size. I Chose this to fit a MCM style decor and because the mattress goes to the edge of the platform. Due to the small bedroom I needed to save as much space as possible, and I hate knocking my shins against the sides of a bed. I am very satisfied with the bed frame. The colour is as expected, and is a warm brown. The Surface of the headboard is smooth, no rough wood or splinters. It appears to be strong and hasn’t shifted about or creaked. Just be aware that the headboard is made up of small pieces of wood, if you look closely at photos you will notice that. It wasn’t my first preference but I still ended up ordering it and I like it. The height available underneath is 14cm, so my underbed storage boxes didn’t fit under. I got new big bags that could squash under and I had a clear out too. We didn’t end up using the sticky strips that you’re supposed to place the mattress onto. My latex mattress is so heavy there’s no way it’s shifting anywhere. I did inadvertently order the assembly guys on delivery. So just be careful when ordering if you don’t want that. It only worked out to £40 though in my case, which was good value. The 2 guys took 45 mins to assemble the bed and they took all the packaging away.. Samantha. West Yorkshire Uk. Wed Sep 09 2026

The bed frame is built to last for many years of good dreams from solid wood, and the open-slatted headboard and footboard combined with the clean oak or white finish give it a spacious and welcoming appeal. Delivery was on time; bed appears solid, well made and of good colour. Went together fairly easily, however each side of the bed had no pilot holes where the central middle metal bar was supposed to be attached. The bar was a little short in length (5-8mm), meaning the screws had to be fitted at a slight outward angle to prevent them splitting the wood they were being screwed into.. Tim L. West Mids. Really solid bed! The wood is darker than advertised but I think it looks much nicer than I was expecting. Straightforward to put together as well. Made from solid beech and oak wood, this wood bed features a natural, oiled finish highlighting the wood’s rich grain while ensuring long-lasting strength. Our bed frame’s eco-friendly wood supports sustainable practices, making it a responsible choice for your home.

The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Overall assembly took about 2 hours. Finished product is very good though.. Pat. Tue Nov 25 2025

The product is entirely made of high-quality solid wood. Properly secured elements will allow for a long-lasting attractive appearance of this product. The bed is very durable and has a chunky appearance, which is its most distinctive feature. Solid bases and solid wood crossbars additionally emphasize their durability. The impressive headboard made of the same material is also noteworthy. In addition, all wooden elements have an interesting natural look. The deliberately highlighted view of the grain and discoloration of the wood becomes an interesting decoration.

Nice and solid and straightforward to build for one person. I bought the European King size (160x200) and it fit the slats I had perfectly. The instructions are all images with no words but very self explanatory.. Anonymous. Sat Jun 27 2026

Lovely bedframe, I got the antique white and it's quite white (as opposed to grey/white) but still looks lovely in my room. Reallly good quality too.. Anna. London, GB. Mon Apr 15 2019

Traditional style French Sleigh Bed with a low footboard which is great for tall people and smaller rooms

It is quite hard to find such a large size bed in the UK, so really fancy it. However, the head board and the end of the bed both stand more space than other "normal" size bed frame, which resulted difficulty sit in a new bedroom.. Jason. London, GB. Tue Mar 19 2019

Every product comes with a durable lacquered finish that is easy to clean and will last for years to come. Products will add elegance and beauty to every home.

I am extremely impressed with this, it came it three boxes and I assembled it alone; it's very sturdy, no creaking and quite literally doesn't move, especially under certain stresses. It has everything you need to put it together and feels very solid. The only negative thing I will say though, upon assembly, the holes in the side frame where you tighten the nuts up to the bolt from the headboard isn't quite big enough, so by the end of it, the little spanner was obliterated, so you will need another tool if ever you need to take it apart.. Reece. Oakham, GB. Thu Feb 04 2021

This bed convinces with a sophisticated design and a high-quality finish. The cabinet is made of laminated chipboard. The edges are carefully reinforced with robust and hard-wearing PVC veneer. The workmanship ensures a warm and cosy atmosphere. It offers plenty of storage space.

This wooden bed frame exudes a vintage charm and will be the centre of attraction for your bedroom. This antique- style bed frame is made of solid reclaimed wood that has been sourced from joists, floors and support beams from old buildings being demolished, and it can consist of different types of wood like pine, teak, beech, oak, cedar, mango wood, acacia, etc. This means the reclaimed wood retains the characteristics of these different types of wood. Reclaimed wood is already aged, weathered and dried, so it doesn't shrink or bend. As a consequence, this beautifully-designed bed is exceedingly stable, durable and eye-catching. Additionally, the exquisite craftsmanship and the graceful wood grains make every piece of furniture distinctive and slightly different from the next. Please note that mattress is not included in the delivery. Important note: The colours vary from piece to piece, making each piece unique. The delivery is random, ensuring the exclusivity and individuality of your product.
