This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. I have been sent the wrong part but I have now got a replacement and it is much better. Thank you. John. Leigh, GB. Fri Jun 12 2020
