This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. An executive, leather-faced, chair with a defined headrest area, deep cushioning, and padded armrests. The knee-tilt mechanism means the backrest and seat angle can be fixed in 5 different positions or set to free float in a 2:1 ratio. Feet can remain on the floor whilst tilting.
