Do not buy. It is a terrible quality bed. I ended up taking the parts to the recycling centre after partially making it. It came with so many smaller pieces that did not align properly. The white laminate chips. The joins don’t line up. You are also expected to line up the internal wooden baton edging to hold the mattress on the outside frame yourself. I wasted £140 on this. Absolutely awful bed. I started with the headboard and didn't go any further. Dowel holes don't line up so it wasn't straight. Screw holes didn't line up so ended up splitting the wood. The timber itself is very flimsy and badly glued together. I would suggest the bed frame looked to be the same build quality and would be unlikely to hold any real weight without breaking. Might be ok for a spare room to look at but as a bed for daily use this fall's way below the mark.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 11 2023

Really nice bed, not quite easy to assemble (2 people absolutely needed, get yourself a small flat wrench and electric screwdrivers since tools are not included). The bed frame is excellent. Sturdy, fits together well and contains the mattress with no gaps. Make sure you have an electric screwdriver! As you have to put the slats in manually with screws, as well as the slat rests I marked down as the headboard is a different story - does not fit together well, leaving gaps on show and some of the wood was damaged. I think I'll be taking the headboard off and leaving it as a frame and getting a separate headboard. Also, I didn't realise they would come as two deliveries.. Zoe S. Oxford. Sat Sep 13 2025

These beds are very small, which is what we intended to save space, but just be aware that they are much narrower and shorter than a normal sized single bed.
