First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. I've had this for several years now and it has lasted well! It takes a little while to put together, but I managed it over several hours by myself. It feels a bit flimsy, but it has survived a few storms, although the sliding doors are now a bit wonky. I strongly recommend securing this to the ground using bolts—mine decided to try to fly off during one storm! Top tip: Wear gloves during installation, as the side panels are very sharp at the edges. The doors are equipped with elegant knob-shaped handles and black fittings. The two doors are each closed by two magnets at the top and bottom. The feet of the equipment cabinet are covered with plastic sleeves to protect the cabinet and the wood from floor moisture. The Guernsey apex, double door shed gives you a generous 10' x 6' 6" storage space for lawnmowers, garden tools and equipment that you wish to keep safe and secure. The Guernsey construction is 12 mm shiplap cladding over sturdy 34 mm framing. It comes with an OSB solid sheet apex roof and tongue and groove floor. Roof felt is also supplied. Featuring double doors, with padbolt, for easy access the Guernsey also has two mortise and tenon, opening, storm resistant, glass windows. The building comes dip treated with a preservative base coat ready for you to finish with your own choice of topcoat following assembly. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. For critical dimensions use the metric values; imperial dimensions are rounded for description only. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. Very good shed. Very poor delivery service! Be warned - You have to be home for 2 consecutive days to allow for delivery on one of those days! Like most people, I work shifts and do not get days off together. Then said they would phone an hour ahead to allow me time to nip home to sign and put in the garage - but no, obviously too much trouble and left it on display, on my drive for anyone to take, even though they apparently won’t leave without a signature!!
