Really impressed with this bunkbed. I ordered on Thursday and it was delivered on Friday. It took two of us about 4 hours to put together but we did glue the dowels in place. The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. After reading some reviews, agree with the strong smelling paint, had to drill holes that were missing on the steps and the pieces didn’t have the labels.
